STRONG GUARD INSULATING WALLDRYING FOOTING PLASTER – 4

 

 

PROPERTIES:

The STRONG GUARD Insulating Walldrying Footing Plaster is a dry-mixed mortar, that can be used up by adding water to it. The product consists of cement, admixtures and big grain sized, sorted quartz. The size of the quartzes provides a more than 35% porous plaster. The mortar is effectively air-permeable owing to the admixture. In addition its waterproof property, the product offers dry wall surfaces without salt, nitrate and mould. The product is fibre-strengthened.

 

There are some basic colours available to order:

White Yellow Green Brown Red Grey Black

 

 

FIELD OF APPLICATION:

-Special strong dryer plaster of base courses that are highly saturated with water, recommended to apply it 3 cm thickly

- Special dryer plaster of old houses with walls wider than 50 cm

 

 

APPLICATION:

  • Preparation:First remove all the the old plasters, lime, paints and other old covering from the wall. Incise the horizantal wall joints 0,5 cm deeply and clean it from dust with water. When the surface gets dried apply Strong Guard waterproof bonding adhesive as it is written on its packaging.

  • Plastering: Smooth, homogenous mortar can be made by mixing 25 kgs of plaster
    with 3,5-4 litres of water. The ready mortar can easily be applied both by hand and machine. Recommended to make a two-coat plastering. First apply a layer with the size of the required thickness -0,5 cm. When it can bear the next layer, apply the next 0,5 cm layer and smooth it. When laying distempered plasters the second, distempered insulation layer needs to be only 0,5 cm thick, while the first 0,5 cm layer is colourless.

 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Apply the product between +5 oC and +25 oC.

  • The fresh plaster needs protection against frost, rain and hot sunshine.

  • After-treatment: spraying with water. Process is required as at any other cement based plasters.

  • The after-treatment can be carried out only once with this Strong Guard Surface Waterproofing Agent, usage see its packaging.

  • On colourless plasters after drying, apply airpermeable Strong Guard paints.

  • Distempered plasters provide long-lasting, vivid and wear-resistant colours in 1 work phase.

  • Material needs: 15 kg /m2 in 1 cm thickness.

  • The product keeps its quality for 1 year.

  • Packaging: 25 kg sacks.
