STRONG GUARD INSULATING WATERPROOF PLASTER - 2

 

PROPERTIES:

The STRONG GUARD Insulating Waterproof Plaster is a dry mortar, mixed with cement, admixtures and high-quality, washed and sorted quartz, that can be used up by adding water to it. It has got excellent adhesive and insulating properties. Minimum 1 cm thick layer needed against positive and negative water-pressure. The product is fibre-strengthened.

There are basic colours available to order:

White Yellow Green Brown Red Grey Black

 

FIELD OF APPLICATION:

  • Interior and exterior waterproof insulation.

  • Waterproof insulation of buildings, cellars, shafts, tunnels min 1 cm thickly against negative water-pressure

  • Waterproof insulation of pools, swimming-pools, manure tanks, water basins, water towers min 1 cm thickly against positive water-pressure.

 

APPLICATION:

  • Preparation:First remove all the the old plasters, lime, paints and other old covering from the wall. Incise the horizantal wall joints 0,5 cm deeply and clean it from dust with water. When the surface gets dried apply Strong Guard waterproof bonding adhesive as it is written on its packaging.

  • Plastering: Smooth, homogenous mortar can be made by mixing 25 kgs of plaster
    with 4,5-5 litres of water. The ready mortar can easily be applied both by hand and machine. Minimum 1 cm thick layer needed to the perfect sealing. The plaster is easy to smooth in itself.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Apply the product between +5 oC and +25 oC.

  • The fresh plaster needs protection against frost, rain and hot sunshine.

  • After-treatment: spraying with water. Process is required as at any other cement based plasters.

  • The after-treatment can be carried out only once with this Strong Guard Surface Waterproofing Agent, usage see its packaging.

  • Colourless plasters after drying can be painted or covered.

  • Distempered plasters provide long-lasting, vivid and wear-resistant colours in 1 work phase. Recommended Teluria silicate paints.

  • Material needs: 17 kg /m2 in 1 cm thickness.

  • The product keeps its quality for 1 year.

  • Packaging: 25 kg sacks.
